Here's more of Tony worrying about Henry Pym in Avengers #217.

Avengers #216 is the issue in which several of Tony's teammates finally learn his secret identity -- and that he's fond of little red thongs. ;) But this scene is even more interesting because it demonstrates quite well what I said a few posts back about how Tony would solve the trolley dilemma. Pull the lever, he thinks -- then take full responsibility. (And since I'm not really an idealist, I find myself taking his side in this instance. One versus 4 billion? And the one is the individual threatening the 4 billion? The choice here seems pretty clear to me.)

This is how Tony actually treats his employees. When Martinelli's sketchy past catches up with him - and SI is almost burned down as a result - Tony gives him a second chance. My boi is incredibly forgiving and kind -- not, as Can't-Write-Well would have you believe, some spoiled, rich asshole who yells at his subordinates when he doesn't get his way. (#147)
